Anastasia Faiella
Anastasia sees each design project as a blank canvas ready to be transformed. As a fine artist, combined with her experience working with local artisans, allows her to offer clients a unique combination of artistic, creative and practical vision. Designing a room or home is about finding the right balance of scale, proportion, texture, material, light and color. Her commitment to this balance ensures that every space is not only aesthetically beautiful but also functional.
Anastasia holds a Liberal Arts Degree in Art History from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from UC Berkeley. Alongside her design practice, Anastasia showcases her art in galleries throughout the Bay Area and regularly collaborates with her husband Andre Rothblatt on remodeling projects, merging their expertise to create innovative spaces.
Through the years, Anastasia’s work has garnered recognition, including the 2016 Best of Residential Interior Design award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
Her go-to design aesthetic can be described as modern transitional. This style reflects the beauty of the Northern California coastline that inspires her work. She loves to emphasize the use of natural fibers and organic shapes to create relaxed environments, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Traveling is also one of her passions, providing a wealth of inspiration from regions like Tuscany, Florence, Zurich, Basel, Barcelona, the Dalmatian Coast, and the Côte d'Azur.
